Product Information

About KLOW

KLOW is a marketplace name for a blend of four peptides:
GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV 10mg. It is sometimes described as
a version of the GLOW blend with KPV added.

Product ratios can vary between suppliers. Some products are
advertised as an 80 mg total vial with GHK-Cu as the largest
component, but the exact amounts should be confirmed against
the specific product label and batch documentation.

ā€œTB-500ā€ is commonly used as a product name for a thymosin beta-4
fragment. Verify the identity and sequence against product-specific
documentation; evidence for one peptide or fragment should not
automatically be applied to another.

Research Areas

What Research Has Examined

GHK-Cu Research

GHK-Cu has been studied in relation to copper binding, extracellular
matrix and collagen pathways, antioxidant activity, and skin or
wound research. Human evidence is stronger for topical applications
than for injectable use.

BPC-157 & TB-500 Research

Preclinical research has examined BPC-157 and thymosin beta-4
related peptides in tissue and cellular pathways. Human evidence
for BPC-157 is limited, and FDA has not identified human exposure
data for drug products containing the TB-500 fragment.

KPV Research

KPV, a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH, has been examined in
laboratory and preclinical research involving inflammatory
signaling and intestinal epithelial pathways. These findings
do not establish a clinical effect in people.

Evidence Overview

Blend-Specific Evidence Is Missing

The proposed rationale for KLOW is based on research on its
individual components. No published human clinical trials establish
the safety, effectiveness or ā€œsynergisticā€ effect of the specific
four-component blend.

Animal or laboratory findings for an individual ingredient cannot
confirm a benefit from the complete blend. Results may also depend
on ingredient identity, ratio, product quality and formulation.

Safety & Regulatory Status

Important Product Limitations

KLOW is not an FDA-approved drug or established medical treatment.
FDA safety materials describe limited human safety information and
potential immunogenicity concerns involving aggregation or
peptide-related impurities for injectable products containing
BPC-157, TB-500 or GHK-Cu. FDA has also noted that human exposure
data for drug products containing the TB-500 fragment have not
been identified.

Product ratios and quality may vary. A total vial quantity does not
verify the amount or identity of each component. A third-party
certificate of analysis, if available, should match the specific
batch; its presence alone does not establish that a product is safe
or suitable for human use.

BPC-157 and TB-500 are included in WADA’s 2026 Prohibited List.
Athletes are responsible for checking the current rules that apply
to their sport and organization.

consumption, injection, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, cure,
mitigation or prevention of disease.
